On the property management side, Linda overseas accounting operations, helping ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across financial processes. Her leadership in workflow improvements has strengthened internal controls, reduced errors, and improved report-ing timelines.<\/p>\n

      Recognized for driving process improvements, Linda implemented workflow enhancements that reduced manual data entry by approximately 50%, significantly lowering error rates, and improv-ing accounting efficiency. She also improved month-end closing timelines, allowing leadership, property teams, and clients to receive financial reporting faster and make more informed business decisions.
