      Throughout his career, Alex has demonstrated a strong ability to drive performance, improve operational efficiency, and cultivate collaborative team cultures. He achieved the highest customer survey scores among 80+ Mid-Atlantic stores by leading and motivating a 24-member sales team, while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences. His leadership also resulted in a 30% increase in store sales in 2024 and a 15% reduction in operational costs in 2023.<\/p>\n

      Alex\u2019s background in visual merchandising, recruiting, and training development has equipped him with a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in property presentation, vendor coordination, and operational oversight.       Outside of work, Alex enjoys international travel and exploring new cultures.
