      Charles Williams is a licensed South Carolina real estate professional with a detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a passion for streamlining complex processes. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clemson University and serves as the Team Coordinator for the Skellie\/Harrill Team at Lee & Associates Greenville\/Spartanburg, supporting brokerage operations, transaction coordination, and client service efforts throughout the Upstate region.<\/p>\n

      Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Charles built a diverse professional background spanning real estate, accounting, operations, and project management. As a Real Estate Agent with Allen Tate Realtors, he managed transactions, negotiated contracts, and coordinated with industry professionals to ensure successful closings. His experience also includes bookkeeping and property operations, industrial logistics coordination, and accounting support within the commercial lending industry.<\/p>\n

      Known for his reliability and commitment to excellence, Charles provides valuable support to both clients and team members. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball, backpacking, and spending time outdoors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
