Some accomplishments deserve more than a quick golf clap. This is one of them.

Today, we’re celebrating a major milestone for Andrew Harrill, who has officially earned his SIOR designation. And while we may make it look easy around here, earning the SIOR designation is anything but.

The SIOR designation, short for Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious credentials in commercial real estate. It’s not something you sign up for on a whim or knock out over a long weekend. Earning SIOR requires years of proven production, real-world experience, strong ethics, and a level of commitment that only a small percentage of commercial real estate professionals ever achieve.

In other words, this is elite company. And, Andrew just joined it.

Andrew’s primary focus is industrial real estate, where precision, market knowledge, and trust matter more than buzzwords. He works closely alongside Jordan Skellie, SIOR and Payton Drake as part of a collaborative team that brings deep experience and strategic thinking to every transaction. If you’ve worked with Andrew, you already know his approach, prepared, thoughtful, responsive, and relentlessly client-focused. The SIOR designation puts an official stamp on what his clients and colleagues already knew.

What we appreciate most about Andrew’s accomplishment isn’t just the credential itself, but the work behind it. The late nights. The deals that didn’t go as planned. The ones that did. The consistency it takes to meet the standards required for SIOR while still showing up every day for clients and teammates.

So yes, we’re proud. And yes, we’re celebrating. But mostly, we’re grateful to have professionals like Andrew representing Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg and raising the bar for what excellence in commercial real estate looks like.

Congratulations, Andrew. Well earned, well deserved, and we promise not to get you to update your email signature more than once today.
