SEPTEMBER 9, 2019 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates – Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, expands its portfolio of services with the addition of Shawn Harvey, managing director of integrated services. Our multifaceted integrated services business line includes property management, construction management, accounting, administration, leasing/marketing and building engineering/facilities.
Harvey has over 20 years commercial real estate experience with a primary emphasis in real estate accounting and property management. During this time, he’s managed acquisition teams and large Houston portfolios, including high-rise office, midrise office, industrial, retail and medical.

Formerly a senior property accountant for JLL and Equity Office, Harvey transitioned to property management serving high profile property owners such as Illinois Teachers Fund, TA Realty, Bank of America, GE Financial, Bank of New York and Hillwood Investments. Harvey is accredited by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as a Certified Property (CPM). He serves on IREM’s National Foundation board of directors and, as regional vice president, Shawn received IREM’s prestigious 2011 CPM of the Year and the 2016 Jeff Willford Industry Leadership award for outstanding service.
