\nThe seller, Empire Industrial Park, LLC, was represented by Enrique Volkmer with Lee & Associates. P.W. Ellis represented the buyer, Pilot Travel Centers, LLC.
\nThe establishment of the Pilot Travel Center at EMPIRE Industrial Park is a significant development for the City of Eagle Pass. This full-fledged diesel station and truck stop will greatly enhance the designated truck route, facilitating the increasing number of crossings and commerce between Mexico and the United States.
\nEagle Pass is poised to become a new pressure relief valve and an essential artery for trade between the two countries. With over 2,000 acres annexed to the city, EMPIRE Industrial Park has been strategically master planned to focus on industrial growth, which will further attract international commerce.
\nPilot Travel Centers, LLC recognizes the immense potential this area holds, particularly as the first-Class A industrial park in Eagle Pass. This development will serve as a catalyst for local growth and commerce. Pilot Travel Centers, LLC., is a North American chain of truck stops in the United States and Canada with over 750 locations offering truck stops, truck parking, and gas and diesel fuel. Pilot Travel is focused on travel services as one of the leading suppliers of fuel & the largest operator of travel centers serving over a million guests every day.
