The result was a surge of new industrial construction across the metro area, particularly in major logistics corridors including Northwest Houston, the Katy\/Brookshire distribution hub and Southeast Houston near the port.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As those projects are completed, vacancy has naturally increased, giving tenants more options than they have seen in several years.
