HOUSTON (February 25, 2020)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Lee & Associates \u2013 Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, today announced an industrial lease with Hotard Coaches, a Louisiana-based charter company, to take the entirety of a 26,503-square-foot property located at 4600 and 4700 Highway 73 in Port Arthur, Texas.<\/p>\n

Trey Erwin, SIOR<\/a> and Justin Cole<\/a> of Lee & Associates – Houston represented the Landlord, Carlisle Port Arthur LP,<\/strong> in the transaction.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are pleased to announce this long-term lease for such a solidified company that has been in business for 85 years. They will undoubtedly add significant value to the area LNG projects,\u201d said Trey Erwin, Senior Director of Industrial Corporate Services at Lee & Associates \u2013 Houston.<\/p>\n

Located in the middle of the \u201cGolden Triangle\u201d where almost every pipeline of crude production or natural gas runs through, the industrial property is positioned within 15 miles of Exxon Mobile\/Qatar Petroleum\u2019s $10 billion Golden Pass LNG Export Plant under construction, the potential Chevron Phillips PetroChemical Plant, and Exxon Mobil\u2019s Beaumont Refinery\u2019s recently announced crude expansion project. The property sits on 10.35 acres, offers 19,530 square-feet of warehouse space, is fully-fenced with outside lighting and provides easy accessibility with Highway 73 frontage and six points of entry.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re excited to expand into a new location that will allow for continued growth and is vital to the success for our company,\u201d said Gary Chetoni, Director of Business Development for Hotard Coaches. \u201cWe are just getting started and look forward to gearing up for more opportunities and hiring over the next few years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hotard Coaches Inc., the fourth largest fleet transportation company in the United States, will provide transportation services for workers in the surrounding area that are unable to drive directly to their workplace destination. The industrial property will also provide a space for the company to service the bus fleet and will house approximately 40 employees.<\/p>\n
