The property boasts a scenic lake setting and plenty of great amenities for office tenants of all sizes. A 24\/7 Grab and go Park\u2019s Pantry, abundant conference space, collaboration areas, new first-class fitness center with spa-like locker rooms, and on-site security are just some of the amenities offered.<\/p>\n<h2>ACTION<\/h2>\n<p>In 2021, Lee &amp; Associates &#8211; Houston\u2019s Office team was awarded the leasing assignment for Republic Square. Blake Virgilio, Senior Director, CCIM and SIOR, and Bill Insull, Senior Director and CCIM, both of Lee &amp; Associates \u2013 Houston, dove into the project, targeting quality corporate tenants. They were able to attract a diverse range of tenants from various industries, ensuring a vibrant and dynamic mix within the development.
