Shane Jimenez joined Lee & Associates in 2010 with a focus on Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing. Shane\u2019s 20-years of commercial real estate experience has led him into all aspects of the industry including asset management, acquisition, disposition, entitlement, and development.\u00a0 Shane\u2019s perspective is broad, and his industry knowledge is deep rooted.\u00a0 Shane is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Idaho and active in the day-to-day commercial real estate market. He understands the dynamics of commercial real estate markets and is qualified to help clients find commercial real estate solutions.<\/p>\n

Shane specializes in the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate.\u00a0 His real estate knowledge is complimented by expert financial, marketing, negotiating and due diligence skills. These skills have been acquired from 29 years of business ownership and executive management experience.   • 2015, Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC: Shane was elected to take over all aspects of the financial management of the company as Chief Financial Officer. The company was recently ranked the 3rd largest commercial real estate brokerage in the Treasure Valley by Costar, an independent national information service.<\/li>\n
  • 1992 - 2000, RMC Holdings, Inc.: Shane co-founded and led the growth of a regional telecommunications company into a market dominant position throughout the Western United States with offices in 18 cities and 10 states. Shane was instrumental in negotiating the sale of RMC Holdings, Inc. to Idacorp, Inc. (NYSE: IDA), a public power utility company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
