Jason is a seasoned commercial professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in development, site selection, market analysis, negotiation, due diligence and project management. Broad background includes experience as a private developer, a partner at a major development company; three start-up companies and nine years in corporate real estate management for two of the nation\u2019s largest distribution and grocery chains.<\/p>\n

Jason is a native Idahoan who began his real estate career in 1992 with Albertsons, Inc. At Albertsons he held numerous positions as an Economic Research Analyst, Surplus Property Manager, as a Real Estate Manager, and the Manager of the Albertsons Express real estate program. In 2000, Jason joined Fleming Foods as the Director of Retail Development for their price impact program and fuel centers.<\/p>\n

In 2004, Jason returned to Idaho and joined Hawkins Companies as a development partner. During his time at Hawkins, he represented Kohl\u2019s Department Stores with their market entry into Idaho. He later served as Vice President of Store Development for Jacksons Food Stores.<\/p>\n

From 2011 through 2015, Jason spent four years as a member of the successful animal health startup company PetIQ. He returned to the real estate world in the summer of 2015 with a focus on retail, investment properties, and development.<\/p>\n
