Commercial Property Executive/Multi-Housing News, in it’s 2016 rankings of Top Brokerage firms in the United States, has place Lee & Associates at No. 2 in it’s 2016 ranking. This represents a significant jump from No. 11 in 2015.

The ranking, according to the publication, is a weighted formula based on a variety of factors, including firm performance in 2015 and over time, and based on more specific factors such as investment sales, leasing activity, and multi-year growth.
