Chris Bonney specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the San Gabriel Valley.
From January 2007 to January 2015, Chris served as President, Chief Financial Officer and
Broker of Record of the City of Industry office of Lee & Associates®.
Chris has been on the Board of Directors for Lee & Associates from 1993 to present.

Chris has successfully completed in excess of one thousand five hundred transactions
representing institutional owners of property, individual investors and various corporations.
