Ben specializes in the brokerage of industrial properties in the San Gabriel and San Bernardino County areas. He specializes in advising small to medium sized business owners in all aspects of commercial industrial real estate, including the sale, lease, and purchase
of property.

Ben Fukukura graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Asian American Studies. Soon after graduating, Ben started his professional career in capital equipment sales. In 2014, Ben switch his career towards commercial real estate, and joined industry veterans Michael Lee and Henry Hong
at Lee & Associates – City of Industry. Since then, he has been involved in the leasing and sale of over 3.3 million square feet of commercial property.
