Marc DiGennaro began his industrial real estate career in 1987. Marc specializes in the
sale and leasing of industrial properties within the San Gabriel Valley and is a founding
partner of the Lee & Associates City of Industry office which opened in 1991.

Marc emphasizes a value added long-term relationship with both his individual and
institutional clients. Marc offers his clients a variety of real estate advisory services, from
acquisition, disposition to re-positioning of real estate assets. Marc has also assisted
many clients in the purchase and development of land.

Marc has successfully completed over fifteen hundred transactions in his 30 year
career. He has represented institutional and individual owners of properties, investors
and numerous corporations. Marc is consistently a top ten performer at Lee & Associates.
