Patrick Bogan is a Senior Vice President and Shareholder with Lee & Associates® and
specializes in the sale, leasing and development of industrial real estate properties in the
San Gabriel Valley, Western Inland Empire, and Orange County. Patrick has been an Industrial Property Specialist since July of 1996. He has negotiated more than 750 transactions totaling over 37 million square feet of deals, valued in excess of $2.6 Billion dollars.

Patrick is well respected within the real estate industry. He possesses the unique ability
to simplify and resolve complex issues. He is a skilled negotiator and understands all
aspects in making a real estate decision. His creative and strategic thinking helps his
clients make the best decisions.
