Marketing Graphic Design Coordinator

Commercial brokerage firm seeks experienced Marketing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant for our growing office.

The function of this position is to professionally support Principals and Brokers in all manner of sales enabling them to service their clients. This position carries a high degree of self-direction, requires a candidate with a proactive work ethic that can exercise significant amounts of latitude in judgment and prioritize while managing multiple projects. **Please note that this position has a balance of about 60% administrative duties and about 40% design duties which flow together throughout projects and through the individual needs per broker. The candidate must possess high quality administrative assistant skills due to the large amount of typing that is involved and have a keen eye for design/detail. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage marketing initiatives for a team of brokers including direct mail, email marketing, and designing marketing collateral (brochures, post cards, newsletters, eblasts, etc.)

· Assist in administrative duties such as preparing listing presentation packages, investment analysis/sales packages, purchase and sale agreements and other documents as required. Preparing / proofing letters and other types of correspondence.

· Interface with clients and vendors in a professional manner.

· Any other administrative/office duties as required

Skills Needed:

· Ability to multi-task multiple levels of projects and meet deadlines required.

· Microsoft Office

· Graphic Design experience, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud experience:

· Efficient in InDesign and Illustrator

· Basic Photoshop skills

· Well versed in Adobe Acrobat

· Basic Web Design

· Familiarity with printers and other office machines.

· Familiarity with Constant Contact or other email marketing applications.

· Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling skills

· Exceptional communication skills

· Attention to detail A MUST

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS – (Skills, experience, etc.)

· Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in performing similar marketing and administrative functions with Executive level individuals and/or with a team of 4 or more.

· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Adobe Creative Cloud skills

· Design and writing
