JOB DESCRIPTION
Lee & Associates – Atlanta is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our local team. This position assists and supports our fast-growing Industrial Real Estate Team in their marketing and administrative efforts. This unique opportunity is best suited for a recent college grad with an interest in commercial real estate.
Key Duties
- Manage listings and create associated marketing materials (flyers, postcards, e-blasts, etc.)
- Prepare property tour packages (electronic & print)
- Create tenant representation pitch materials
- Develop & implement electronic marketing campaigns
- Assist brokers with social media content and posting
- Update team branded & custom marketing materials
- Create & update broker newsletters & quarterly mailers
- Customize aerials & retailer location maps
- Ownership, parcel & tenant research as directed by broker
- Prepare commission vouchers for lease and sale transactions
- Prepare contracts and lease documents as instructed by broker
- Basic research including CoStar availabilities, comps, demographics & traffic counts
REQUIRED SKILLSET
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to think creatively and independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects
- Ability to provide materials in a timely and organized manner
