JOB DESCRIPTION

Lee & Associates – Atlanta is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our local team.  This position assists and supports our fast-growing Industrial Real Estate Team in their marketing and administrative efforts.  This unique opportunity is best suited for a recent college grad with an interest in commercial real estate.

Key Duties

  • Manage listings and create associated marketing materials (flyers, postcards, e-blasts, etc.)
  • Prepare property tour packages (electronic & print)
  • Create tenant representation pitch materials
  • Develop & implement electronic marketing campaigns
  • Assist brokers with social media content and posting
  • Update team branded & custom marketing materials
  • Create & update broker newsletters & quarterly mailers
  • Customize aerials & retailer location maps
  • Ownership, parcel & tenant research as directed by broker
  • Prepare commission vouchers for lease and sale transactions
  • Prepare contracts and lease documents as instructed by broker
  • Basic research including CoStar availabilities, comps, demographics & traffic counts

REQUIRED SKILLSET

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe InDesign, Photoshop preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to think creatively and independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects
  • Ability to provide materials in a timely and organized manner
