The Position
This is a paid internship which usually lasts 6 months, with plans to become an Associate. The Runner will learn about the business and be directly involved with day-to-day aspects and tasks associated with being a broker. Some examples would include cold calling, touring properties, analyzing investments, building databases, and helping with various research projects and tasks across all property types such as industrial, retail, office, land, healthcare, etc..

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a strong academic background, preferably in communications, business, finance or real estate, is a multitasker, enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and is eager to learn and seeks opportunities to grow. They will need to have excellent communication and people skills. Applicants should be self-motivated and disciplined, seeking to excel in the commercial real estate industry. A current real estate license or pursuit of a real estate license is required. Bachelor degree in a related field is required.
