Whittier, CA Good Nite Inn sells for $8,025,000

WHITTIER, CA –January 2, 2019 –A 102-room Good Night Inn at 10317 Whittier Blvd. in Whittier, CA has traded for $8,025,000, according to Warren Berzack, National Director, Lee & Associates Multifamily Advisory Group, who represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.

“This property had been owned by the seller for more than 30 years, and there was no franchise agreement in place, so it presented an ideal reposition and rebranding opportunity for a new buyer,” Berzack said.

The courtyard-style inn is located at the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway west of Norwalk Boulevard. It sits on a 72,869-square-foot parcel and includes monument signage visible from the freeway and a swimming pool. A number of retail amenities including a Starbucks, Carl’s Jr., Dollar Tree and Wingstop Restaurant are nearby.

The seller is Andy Investment Company and the buyer is Y&C Pacific, LLC.
