Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Takes Eight Commercial Real Estate Awards
The Award Winners Include Four Golds, Three Silvers and a Bronze
SHERMAN OAKS, CA – April 3, 2019 – Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura came away with eight of the San Fernando Valley Business Journal’s Commercial Real Estate Awards at an event hosted by the publication last month.
Cory Stehr, John Battle SIOR, Scott Caswell and Erica Balin, and Mike Tingus and Grant Fulkerson SIOR all won Gold. Tingus and Fulkerson also took home Silver awards as did Warren Berzack with Slavic Zlatkin and Mark Leonard. Ryan O’Connor won a Bronze award.
The winning Gold entries were:
- Best Retail Sale to Cory Stehr, Sherman Oaks, for the sale of a 40,000-square-foot retail property for $61 million.
- Best Land Sale to John Battle, Calabasas, for the sale of a 119,600-square-foot parcel for $19.4 million.
- Best Industrial Sale to Mike Tingus and Grant Fulkerson, Calabasas, for the sale of a 49,585-square-foot asset for $6.6 million.
- Best Industrial Lease to Scott Caswell and Erica Balin, Calabasas for a 64,000-square-foot lease to Jocott Brands valued at $6.2 million.
Silver awards went to:
- Mark Leonard, Tingus and Fulkerson, Calabasas, for a 60,478-square-foot office sale valued at $12 million
- Warren Berzack and Slavic Zlatkin, Sherman Oaks, won a silver for a 20-unit multifamily sale for $7.99 million.
- Tingus and Fulkerson also took home a silver for a 143,432-square-foot industrial lease valued at $6.65 million.
Ryan O’Connor, Sherman Oaks. won the bronze for a 33-unit multifamily sale valued at $9.5 million.
The Business Journal, which holds the event annually, selects the winners based on the size of the transaction and the degree of difficulty in completing it.
