CHARLES HOLLAND

Hunter Pilgreen is a Junior Associate at Lee & Associates, specializing in market research and intelligence to support and drive transactional volume across various real estate sectors, including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, aviation, etc. His work helps facilitate strategic decision-making for the firm’s clients by delivering critical market insights and data-driven recommendations.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Hunter held an internship at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta which taught him how to evaluate partnership performance using data and reporting tools to ensure impact and alignment with the Fed’s priorities. He also spent time working as a marketing intern with Auburn Athletics which gave him insight on managing a brand and driving engagement.

Hunter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Auburn University, with a minor in Professional Sales, providing him with a solid academic foundation in both business principles and real estate practices.

Outside of his professional life, Hunter is passionate about sports, his dogs, pickleball, country music, and the Auburn Tigers.
