GEORGE STINSON

George Stinson is a Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates Nashville and a 40-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Over the course of his career, George has completed more than 600 transactions representing over $1 billion in total consideration, advising investors, developers, and business owners across office, industrial, retail, land, and investment properties.

George's practice is built on depth of experience and disciplined analysis. He is known for guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity—combining market insight, rigorous financial evaluation, and strategic negotiation to help clients make confident, well-informed decisions. His work extends beyond execution, serving as trusted counsel on value, risk, and long-term outcomes.

After spending nearly four decades building a successful practice in Cincinnati, George relocated to Middle Tennessee, bringing national-level experience and an independent perspective to a rapidly evolving market.

Outside of real estate, George is passionate about soccer, travel, and golf. He spent 20 years as a high school boys soccer coach, an experience that shaped his leadership style and team-first approach. An avid golfer since the age of twelve, George values the discipline, strategy, and patience the game requires—qualities that carry through in both his professional and personal life.
