HENRY MOSS

Henry Moss is a Junior Associate at Lee & Associates, specializing in market research and intelligence to support and drive transactional volume across various real estate sectors, including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, aviation, etc. His work helps facilitate strategic decision-making for the firm’s clients by delivering critical market insights and data-driven recommendations.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Henry held internships at Colliers, Randall Commercial Group, and Capstone Partners. These gave him knowledge on how to navigate client's needs for industrial, retail, and multifamily assets. He also spent time learning the process of development for NNN lease retail sites across the southeast as well as sale leaseback analysis.

Henry possesses a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Mississippi, giving him a basis in business principles and real estate activities.

Outside of Commercial Real Estate, Henry loves playing and watching sports, fishing, running, listening to music, and playing guitar.
