MATHEW GRAVES

Mathew Graves is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with a strong focus on industrial real estate, particularly Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS), warehousing, and land development. He brings over three years of experience advising users, investors, and developers on strategic opportunities across Middle Tennessee.

He began his career at Lee & Associates Riverside, working with a top-producing industrial team where he developed a deep understanding of IOS. He moved to Nashville in December of 2022 to continue his commercial real estate career, expanding his expertise in IOS and industrial land. Today, Mathew is back with Lee & Associates in their Nashville office, helping clients navigate the region’s rapidly growing industrial market.

In addition to his real estate expertise, Mathew leverages unique skills in aerial photography. While attending California Baptist University, he earned his Private Aircraft Pilot license and started his own aerial photography business. Today, with both his private pilot and commercial remote pilot licenses from the FAA, he captures high-quality aerial photos and videos, providing clients with exceptional marketing tools that help with commercial listings. In his spare time, Mathew enjoys traveling, hiking local trails, and riding his motorcycle.
