MEAGAN GLAZIER

Meagan Glazier is an Associate at Lee & Associates Nashville, where she specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing. She brings a strong background in investment acquisitions and asset management, having represented both institutional and private investors throughout her career.

Meagan began her real estate journey in Southern California at Lee & Associates’ San Diego office. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in real estate and finance from the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business and the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate—an academic foundation that uniquely positions her to help clients maximize asset performance and long-term value.

In November 2024, Meagan joined the Nashville office, bringing with her experience across a range of property types, with a particular focus on Retail and Industrial. Known for her strategic approach, she combines market insight with a strong command of financial modeling to support her clients in making informed, growth-oriented decisions.

Meagan, alongside her partners Lee Ann James, CCIM, and Miller Chandler, CCIM, co-founded the Aviation Commercial Real Estate Team, specializing in aviation-related real estate assets. The team represents both corporate and individual clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of aviation-focused properties.
