Meagan began her real estate career in Southern California at Lee & Associates’ San Diego office. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in real estate and finance from the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business and the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, an academic foundation that equips her to help clients optimize asset performance and drive long-term value.

In November 2024, Meagan joined the Nashville office, bringing experience across multiple asset classes, with deep expertise in retail. She co-leads The Retail Team at Lee & Associates Nashville, where she focuses on landlord and tenant representation, acquisitions, investment sales, and strategic retail growth initiatives. Known for her thoughtful, data-driven approach, Meagan leverages market insight and financial analysis to guide clients in making confident, growth-oriented decisions.
