MILLER CHANDLER

Miller Chandler is a Director with Lee & Associates. Miller grew up around the real estate business (his father was a builder/developer and co-owned a brokerage office) and retail (his parents, grandparents, and great aunts and uncles all owned clothing stores), and he finally went into the former in 2018, when he began taking over the day-to-day operations of his parents’ commercial portfolio in Springfield, TN. He went on to become Managing Partner of their family partnership, became an affiliate broker, and hung his license at Parks Real Estate, the largest independent residential brokerage in Middle TN. This only reinforced his affinity for commercial real estate. At Parks, however, Miller was fortunate to meet Lee Ann James, a veteran of commercial brokerage with a family retail lineage of her own (E.W. James grocery stores), and the two of them formed a team. Chandler James Retail Team is focused on all things retail, and they could not be more pleased to now be at Lee & Associates. During his tenure as a commercial broker, Miller has worked with both tenants and landlords and represented buyers and sellers of commercial property.

Miller was born and raised in Middle Tennessee, and his first career was in health and wellness. This gives him a special connection with the fitness concepts that he and Ms. James represent, including brands such as Sweat440 and StretchLab. He remains a fitness enthusiast and also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and kicking back with a good book.
