Miller Chandler, CCIM is a Director with Lee & Associates Nashville, specializing in retail commercial real estate across Middle Tennessee, with a focus on landlord representation, leasing strategy, and investment advisory. He began his career managing a commercial property portfolio in Springfield, Tennessee, later becoming Managing Partner, and brings an ownership-minded approach to every assignment.
As part of The Retail Team (TRT) at Lee & Associates Nashville, he works with both landlords and tenants on retail leasing, site selection, and investment sales. Miller is an Executive Board Member of the Middle Tennessee CCIM Chapter and a Board Member with Gilda’s Club Middle Tennessee, and is an active member of ICSC, the Nashville Downtown Partnership, the Robertson County Chamber of Commerce, and the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Miller built over 25 years of experience as an exercise physiologist. He lives in the Bellevue area of Nashville with his wife and family.
