WILLIAM SISK, SIOR

William Sisk is a Director with Lee & Associates-Nashville. Mr. Sisk’s experience and specialization ranges from Tenant and Landlord representation for purchasing and leasing, land development, investment properties, and Seller/Buyer financing. He is committed to providing complete solutions for his clients through a highly detailed approach to each assignment no matter the size or scope.

William was born and raised in Nashville, TN. He received his B.A. (’06) and M.A. (’08) from Loyola Marymount University and spent seven years working at LMU as the Assistant Director for Off-Campus Housing and Community Development. This role opened up new avenues directly related to Commercial Real Estate, which ultimately led him to Lee & Associates-Ontario. William moved to the Inland Empire and started working at Lee & Associates in 2013. His wife is from Rancho Cucamonga, and Nashville is now home for the Sisk family where they are raising two rambunctious daughters.

William works with Team Giuliano (Michael Giuliano) and his previous experience in Community Development and Off-Campus Housing has helped him flourish in this market. He believes in building personal relationships with each client which will last a lifetime. His understanding of the market and development process makes him a true asset to Lee & Associates. As a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Lee & Associates, William has represented a variety of tenants and property owners within the Industrial, Land, Retail, and Office fields.
