      John Zeffery is a Partner at Lee & Associates Nashville and a member of the industrial practice group. Mr Zeffery\u2019s specialization is in the leasing and selling of industrial buildings as well as land development and tenant\/buyer representation.<\/p>\n

      Prior to joining Lee & Associates in Nashville, Mr. Zeffery previously spent nearly 10 years with JLL in Chicago. For 7 of those years, Mr. Zeffery specialized in Tenant Representation advising Fortune 500 companies on their corporate real estate portfolio\u2019s as well as their real estate needs locally in the metropolitan Chicago area.<\/p>\n

      Prior to that, Mr. Zeffery worked in the Office Investments Sales Group and was responsible for the financial analysis, marketing and closing of approximately $2 billion of downtown properties across the Midwest Region.<\/p>\n

      Mr. Zeffery received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Miami University of Ohio \u2013 Farmer School of Business. In his spare time, Mr. Zeffery enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
