397 Bridge Street Lease | Downtown Brooklyn
Two new tenants have signed leases at 397 Bridge Street, adding momentum to Downtown Brooklyn’s office and retail market. Event planning platform Partiful and Pilates studio Bodyrok have each secured space at the 10-story property, highlighting the continued demand for well-positioned buildings in the neighborhood.
As part of the 397 Bridge Street lease activity, Partiful will occupy approximately 7,000 square feet on the building’s 10th floor, while Bodyrok has signed for 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The asking rent for both leases was reported at $50 per square foot.
Lee & Associates NYC’s Justin Myers and Dennis Someck represented Partiful in the transaction. The building is owned by United American Land (UAL) and underwent a full renovation in 2018, which included a redesigned lobby, upgraded elevators, and factory-style windows designed to maximize natural light.
