Bun Mee Flatiron Lease: First East Coast Location in NYC

Lee & Associates NYC has announced the successful completion of a new NYC lease at 115 East 23rd Street in Manhattan’s Flatiron/Gramercy area — marking the brand’s first location on the East Coast.

Josh Lebowitz of Lee & Associates NYC represented Bun Mee in a 10-year, 2,200-square-foot retail lease at 115 East 23rd Street in Manhattan’s Flatiron/Gramercy neighborhood — the San Francisco-based Vietnamese fast-casual chain’s first-ever East Coast location. Bun Mee, which operates five locations across San Francisco including two at SFO, is expected to open its New York debut in September 2026.
