Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC arranged a new Daniel Romualdez Architect lease at 10 East 40th St. in Midtown. The architecture and interior design firm signed an 11-year deal for 5,670 s/f on a portion of the 32nd floor of the building.
The New York Real Estate Journal reports that Lee & Associates NYC’s Woody King and Todd Korren represented internationally recognized architecture and interior design firm Daniel Romualdez Architect P.C. in an 11-year, 5,670 s/f lease at 10 East 40th St. in Midtown Manhattan. The 32nd-floor space features 16-foot ceilings and panoramic exposures stretching to the World Trade Center.
