Environmental Firm Roux Signs Lease at 14 Penn Plaza

Lee & Associates NYC Relocates Environmental Firm Roux to 14 Penn Plaza

Commercial Observer reports that Lee & Associates NYC’s Woody King and Sean Slattery brokered a 10-year, five-month lease for 5,250 square feet on behalf of environmental consulting and compliance firm Roux at Circle Realty’s 225 West 34th Street, also known as 14 Penn Plaza. Asking rent in the 22-story Art Deco tower was $65 per square foot. Roux is relocating from 252 West 37th Street, three blocks north. Circle Realty’s Jay Futersak negotiated in-house for the landlord and confirmed the building has now leased to 13 engineering firms drawn to its position across from Penn Station.

“Roux wanted a space that reflected the caliber of its business while making it easier for employees and clients to connect from across the region,” said Woody King of Lee & Associates NYC. “The combination of a custom-built installation, a full-service building and unmatched access to Penn Station made 14 Penn Plaza an ideal long-term solution.”
