Lee & Associates NYC Brings Sichuan Restaurant Breeze to 590 Fulton St. in Downtown Brooklyn
Commercial Observer reports that Brad Schwarz and Zev Sonkin of Lee & Associates NYC arranged a 15-year, 3,569-square-foot retail lease for modern Sichuan and dim sum restaurant Breeze at Gotham Organization’s 590 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn. The Lee team represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. Breeze — which operates a second location at 595 Manhattan Ave. in Greenpoint — will occupy 2,790 s/f on the ground floor and 779 s/f below grade at the base of the 52-story, 586-unit residential tower. According to REBNY’s most recent retail report, average asking rent for retail space along Brooklyn’s Fulton Street corridor was $190 per square foot in 2025. The restaurant is expected to open this fall.
