Treeswift Manhattan Headquarters Signs at 256 W. 38th St.
Lee & Associates NYC’s Todd Korren and Noah Caspi Land AI Tech Firm Treeswift at 256 W. 38th St.
Connect CRE reports that Todd Korren, Principal and Executive Managing Director at Lee & Associates NYC, along with Noah Caspi, represented landlord Hakimian Organization in a four-year, 7,487-square-foot full-floor lease for Treeswift Inc.’s new Manhattan headquarters at 256 W. 38th St. Daniel Rodriguez of Buchbinder Warren LLC represented the Philadelphia-based tenant, an AI-powered infrastructure technology company whose software, LiDAR and sensor platform helps electric utilities improve inspections, vegetation management, construction planning, wildfire mitigation and storm response. Treeswift is expected to move in this month.
“Artificial intelligence companies have become one of the most active drivers of office leasing demand in Manhattan, but they are not all looking for trophy towers,” said Todd Korren of Lee & Associates NYC. “As these businesses grow, they are seeking efficient, well-connected headquarters that support collaboration, attract talent and provide long-term value. Treeswift’s relocation reflects that trend.”
