366 Fifth Avenue Lease | Amiee Lynn Renewal in Midtown Manhattan

The fashion and accessories retailer Amiee Lynn has signed a 366 Fifth Avenue lease renewal, extending its presence in Midtown Manhattan with a long-term commitment to more than 29,000 square feet across the entire 10th and 11th floors of the office building.

Amiee Lynn extended the 366 Fifth Avenue lease for five years and seven months, with an asking rent of approximately $57 per square foot, according to Lee & Associates NYC. The renewal was driven in part by the property’s central Midtown location and flexible floor plates.

The retailer, which has called 366 Fifth Avenue home since 2005, will maintain operations across both floors of the 12-story Class B office building in the heart of Manhattan’s Penn Plaza district. Lee & Associates’ Woody King, Noah Caspi, and Todd Korren represented Amiee Lynn, while the landlord was represented by Michael Joseph and Aidan Campbell of Colliers in the transaction.

Built in the early 1900s, 366 Fifth Avenue — also known as the New York Accessories Exchange Building — continues to house a mix of tenants, including cosmetics retailer Nature Republic and souvenirs shop NY Gifts, reinforcing its appeal as a diverse Midtown commercial property.
