The lease consists of ground level and basement space in the building totaling 2,700 square feet. Le Botaniste will occupy the location in the coming weeks, replacing the former tenant, Dig.<\/p>\n<p>Brad Schwarz from Lee &amp; Associates NYC represented the tenant, Le Botaniste. Vornado Realty Trust was represented in-house by Jason Morrison.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to have assisted Le Botaniste in expanding its footprint with its latest location in Manhattan\u2019s Penn District,\u201d said Schwarz, a principal at Lee &amp; Associates NYC. \u201cThe Penn District is an ideal location, offering a dynamic blend of foot traffic and convenient transit options that has continued to draw interest from tenants in the market.
