Paris-based optical company\u00a0EssilorLuxottica<\/a><\/b>, which acquired the Ray-Ban brand in 1999, has signed a 10-year lease for 2,300 square feet at the single-story building owned by\u00a01202 Coney Island Avenue Corporation<\/a><\/b>, according to landlord broker\u00a0Lee & Associates<\/a>\u00a0NYC<\/b>.
