The bank signed a 20-year lease, highlighting its commitment to serving Bronx residents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to bring another branch to the Bronx,\u201d said\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/blair-ridder-0052723\/\">Blair Ridder<\/a>, NYC Regional President of M&amp;T Bank. \u201cAlong with continuing to help our customers achieve their financial goals,\u00a0we are deeply committed to making meaningful investments in the people and neighborhoods we serve. We look forward to partnering with local organizations, supporting small businesses, and expanding access to financial services that empower and strengthen the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>2976 Third Avenue is home to The Jacqueline, a new,15-floor mixed-use development by ACHS Management featuring ground-level retail space and 69 residential units. The building is conveniently located just blocks from the 2 and 5 trains in a central hub for Bronx retail. M&amp;T will join a variety of other national brands operating in the area, including Burlington,\u00a0Marshalls, and Aldi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peter Braus<\/strong> and <strong>Steve Lorenzo<\/strong> from Lee &amp; Associates NYC represented M&amp;T Bank. The landlord, 2980 Third Avenue Holdings (ACHS Management), was represented by Scott Cher and Daniel D.
