The renewal was driven in part by the property\u2019s central Midtown location and flexible floor plates.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1634\">The retailer, which has called 366 Fifth Avenue home since 2005, will maintain operations across both floors of the 12-story Class B office building in the heart of Manhattan\u2019s Penn Plaza district.
