The asking rent was $125 per square foot. Noam Aziz and Carson Shahrabani of Meridian Capital Group represented the landlord. The space, between East Fourth and Fifth streets, comes fully fitted from previous tenant Nai \u2014 a tapas concept from chef Ruben Rodriguez that closed in November 2025 after 15 years.
