This will be the third New York City restaurant for the brand, which currently has outposts on the Upper East Side and in Soho.<\/p>\n

\u201cLocated only a block from the Chrysler Building and nearby numerous other office buildings, Le Botaniste will provide a healthy and affordable lunch option for many people,\u201d explains Mr. Schwarz, who represented the tenant. \u201cNot only is the food both plant-based and organic, but each location has a natural wine bar as well, making this the perfect post-work drink spot in the heart of Midtown East.\u201d<\/p>\n
