Lee & Associates NYC<\/b><\/a>\u2019s property management and project management arms\u2014Sierra Real Estate<\/b><\/a> and Sierra Development<\/b>\u2014will now all share the Lee & Associates name.<\/p>\n

The companies will rebrand to become Lee & Associates Management<\/b> and Lee & Associates Development<\/b> in an effort to capitalize on the Lee name Lee & Associates NYC leadership feels it built on the brokerage side in New York City, said Peter Braus<\/b>, the managing principal at Lee.<\/p>\n

After undergoing a significant expansion over the past 12 months both in business and personnel, Lee & Associates NYC is proud to announce its relocation to 26,000 square feet of new office space at 845 Third Avenue, effective April 1, 2019.<\/p>\n
