Ernest has more than 15 years of experience as a management consultant providing technology and business consulting to Fortune 500 companies. With his project/program management, business development executive background and entrepreneurial mindset, it provided him with opportunities to merge his enthusiasm to work in the technology sector and real estate as a broker and investor in residential and commercial RE since 2010. Joining Lee & Associates, Ernest understands what it means to be a trusted advisor to his clients and to make sure their outcome is a success. He understands his client’s needs and their requirements. With his market knowledge in the multifamily niche, it would enable him to be an advocate for his clients while providing options and recommendations in order to offer a level of value and service that his clients deserve.

Ernest serves on the Board of Directors in the local Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute.

Prior to his career, he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and grew up as a “military brat” whose father served and retired from the U.S. Army. He was raised all over the world from Germany, Korea and across the United States.

When he is not at work, you can find him traveling to warm destinations with his wife or spending time with family and their Boston Terrier dog. He also enjoys staying very active such as cross training, surfing, triathlons, and ultramarathon races.
