Levi has more than six years of commercial real estate investment, management, regional sales, and brokerage experience. During his professional career he has provided services to local, private, professional, and institutional-level clients while specializing in the acquisition & disposition of multifamily apartments, portfolio consolidation, off-market sales, and 1031 exchanges. Levi began his brokerage career with Marcus & Millichap in Seattle, carrying with him a passion for multifamily real estate and a background in regional sales where he was a multiple-time award winner. He also carries development and private investing experience.

Offering a principled brokerage perspective in addition to an investor and lender’s viewpoints, Levi helps his clients maximize their ROI by staying on top of market shifts, understanding nuances, and utilizing his underwriting proficiency and market familiarity.

Prior to his career, Levi was born and raised in Snohomish. He attended Montana State University where he played football for the Bobcats before graduating with a degree in Business Management from Eastern Washington University. When he is not in the office, Levi enjoys spending time with family and friends in Lake Chelan, the outdoors, sports, fitness, and building relationships with industry colleagues and professionals.

By leveraging his implicit knowledge and expertise in the marketplace, Levi is able to tailor a custom strategy to independently advise clients on how to build and best preserve their wealth for generations to come.
