They have a strong, national platform with a tailored, boutique approach in each market. We feel that this move will provide us an opportunity to better serve our clients.\u201d\u00a0 Bauder added, \u201cWe\u2019re energized! Lee\u2019s client-first approach and team mentality is a great fit for us!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lee &amp; Associates opened its doors in the Pacific Northwest in January 2017 with just one office and 3 brokers. \u00a0According to Jim Bowles, regional President of Lee &amp; Associates, Lee has since achieved significant, yet deliberate, regional growth.
