Harrison Laird and John Bauder, representing Sound Physicians, have effectively brokered this sublease to Milgard Manufacturing. The lease is scheduled to begin on February 1, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>1498 Pacific, a Class A office building located in the heart of downtown Tacoma, was recently acquired by private investors for $6.9 million, as reported in September 2023. This building is notable for its modern amenities and strategic location, and is one of six Class A office properties within the city.<\/p>\n<p>The decision by Milgard Manufacturing to relocate to this location aligns with their objective of situating in a vibrant urban environment, beneficial for their employees and business operations.<\/p>\n<p>\"This deal signifies more than just a leasing agreement; it's a strategic move for Milgard, positioning them in the heart of Tacoma's bustling downtown.
