(Nasdaq: RIVN) leased a 54,000-square-foot industrial building at 1323 34th Ave. E. in Fife last week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content\">The move was announced by Vanessa Herzog of Lee &amp; Associates, who helped broker the deal on behalf of the building's owner, industrial real estate investor Berkeley Partners.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content\">It is not clear how Rivian will use the space, though the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rivian.com\/experience\/service?utm_medium=local-listing&amp;utm_source=extnet&amp;utm_campaign=yext&amp;utm_content=SERVICE44\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-ct=\"Article: In-Content Link\" data-link=\"1\">company\u2019s website<\/a>\u00a0shows a service center is coming soon to the greater Seattle area.
