It will be relocating from 20,150 SF at its current location, 8815 South Tacoma Way in Lakewood, WA. This is the largest Pierce County office lease signed in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were looking to right-size our operations post-COVID\u201d said Brent Aberg, a Regional Director for Dungarvin. \u201cThe new location is also closer to more individuals who require our services. With the support of a responsive owner, 1305 Tacoma Avenue creates a fresh, new space for our organization from which we can continue to grow our services in Pierce County and the surrounding area.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Harrison Laird and John Bauder, partners at Lee &amp; Associates, represented both the landlord and the tenant and noted, \u201cWe\u2019ve seen this trend play out over the past 18 months, companies seeking to right-size their office space needs are targeting buildings in great locations with amenities and attentive landlords.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The ownership group of 1305 Tacoma Avenue is affiliated with J Squared Investments, Tacoma\u2019s largest office landlord, who currently owns and manages over 550,000 square feet of office space in Tacoma. \u201cWe have adapted to the changing office market, bringing best-in-class service, offerings, and amenities to our new and existing tenants\u201d noted Emily Maier, Portfolio Manager for J Squared Investments.
